Introduction to ISO 9001:2015 and the QMS training.
This training is a one-day training which introduces your employees to the Quality Management System Standard and helps with an understanding as to why the organization is implementing this International Standard.

The Training includes:

• Onsite training of no more than 15 delegates at a time.
• Off-site remote training of no more than 10 delegates at a time.
• Booklet of notes
• Certificate upon completion

This training is a one-day training which introduces your employees to the Environmental Management System Standard and helps with an understanding as to why the organization is implementing this International Standard.

Should your organization have an integrated system, training on each ISO International Standard integrated within your system would be beneficial.

The Training includes:

• Onsite training of no more than 15 delegates at a time.
• Off-site remote training of no more than 10 delegates at a time.
• Booklet of notes
• Certificate upon completion

This training is a one-day training which introduces your employees to the Health & Safety Management System Standard and helps with an understanding as to why the organization is implementing this International Standard.

Should your organization have an integrated system, training on each ISO International Standard integrated within your system would be beneficial.

• Onsite training of no more than 15 delegates at a time.
• Off-site remote training of no more than 10 delegates at a time.

This training is a one-day training which introduces your employees to the Information Security Management System Standard as helps with an understanding as to why the organization is implementing this International Standard.

Should your organization have an integrated system, training on each ISO International Standard integrated within your system would be beneficial.

The Training includes:

• Onsite training of no more than 15 delegates at a time.
• Off-site remote training of no more than 10 delegates at a time.

1. Waiter Training
This training is a three-day course and consists of both theoretical, practical and implementation training.
Half a day is spent shadowing the delegates to see area which require more focused attention.
Two days for the training course – one day theory, one day practical.
Half a day spent shadowing the delegates to ensure training is implemented.

The training includes:

2. Restaurant Management Training
This training is a three-day course and consists of both theoretical, practical and implementation training.
Half a day is spent shadowing the delegates to assess their management style and areas which will require more focus.
Two days for the training course – theory and practical.
Half a day shadowing the delegates to ensure that training is implemented.

The training includes:
