ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety
What is Food Safety?
ISO 22000:2018 & R638 sets out the requirements for a Food Safety Management System and can be certified. It maps out what an organisation needs to do to demonstrate its ability to control food safety hazards in order to ensure that food preparation and storage is safe. This includes the hygiene of the storage areas, prep areas as well as serving stations.
This system would also work hand in hand with Quality Management as well as Health and Safety Management.
